I am currently in Taiwan.
How long have you been living in Taiwan?
This is my seventh year.
Could you share what you like about Taiwan?
I came here to work and earn a better income. I don’t have personal preferences; it’s convenient and easy to live here. I applied for the job through the Department of Labor, and finding employment was easier compared to other countries.
Can you tell us about your occupation?
I work in the textile dyeing industry.
What type of loan are you applying for—home purchase, construction, or condominium?
I am applying for a home purchase loan, specifically for a project.
Why do you want to buy a house in Thailand?
I want to provide a home for my parents.
How did you become aware of the loan program for Thai people living abroad?
I found out about it through Facebook.
How was the process of applying for the loan through Sun Gateway, and how was the service?
The service is good. Communication is easy, and there is continuous coordination. The updates on our application progress are timely. The speed of the process depends on both the project and the bank, and it also depends on whether our documents are ready or not. Overall, it’s a smooth process.
How do you feel about being able to use income from abroad to apply for a home loan in Thailand this time?
It’s good. I feel proud and satisfied.
Any message you’d like to convey to fellow Thai individuals living abroad who want to own a home?
If anyone wants to build or buy a home, they can easily apply for a loan. It’s convenient and reassuring. The service is excellent.
