Q: What is Singapore like? Did you have to make many adjustments to work there?
A: The weather in Singapore is similar to Southern Thailand (hot and humid), so I didn’t have to adjust much to the climate. Singapore’s highlights are its high level of safety, cleanliness, and the fact that the people are down-to-earth and kind.
Q: What are your plans for this house?
A: I want to buy this house as a personal asset for my family; currently, my mother (who is ill) and my younger brother live there. I intend to pay off the mortgage as quickly as possible—aiming to cut the repayment term from 22 years down to just 10 years—to prepare for the future.
Q: How did you find out about SUN GATEWAY? Were you initially worried that being abroad would make getting a home loan difficult or even impossible?
